About this resource
This program provides various services such as family planning, immunizations, physical and annual exams, sports physicals, counseling, and substance abuse prevention and intervention aimed at youth and adolescents. Eligibility is limited to middle school or high school students enrolled in Highline Public Schools.
Intake Procedure: To access most services, a registration form must be completed. Minors are legally allowed to consent to family planning, mental health, and alcohol/drug services without parental approval, although parental consent and registration are highly recommended. For other services, a parent consent form and registration are required.
Fees: There are no fees for some services covered by WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and select private insurance plans are accepted.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is restricted to students at the clinic's school or its partner schools, with a focus on uninsured and underinsured adolescents, while also providing confidential care for those with insurance.
