About this resource
This service offers regular check-ups for children from birth to 18 years old and addresses complex health issues, including sickle cell disease, asthma, ADHD, obesity, gender affirming care, and support for children with feeding tubes, seizures, or developmental delays.
Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, please call; it is recommended to make appointments in advance. A parent or guardian must be present with the child during all visits.
Fees: The service accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and other third-party payments. Assistance is available for completing financial aid or uncompensated care applications. If a client does not meet eligibility criteria, support is offered for setting up payment plans through Patient Accounts.
Who can use this
- Children residing in King County, from birth to 18 years old; existing patients can be seen until age 20.
