Community Resource
About this resource
Offers essential health services including care for minor illnesses and injuries, family planning, physical examinations, and health education. Eligibility is limited to students attending the clinic school.
Intake Procedure: To access most services, individuals must fill out a registration form. According to state and federal regulations, minors are permitted to consent to family planning, mental health, and substance abuse services independently. While parental consent and registration are highly recommended for these services, other services do require a parent consent form and registration.
Fees: No fees apply for many services, with WA Apple Health (Medicaid) covering some options. Certain private insurance plans are also accepted.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is restricted to students from the clinic's school or its partner institutions, primarily targeting uninsured and underinsured adolescents, while also providing confidential care to insured youth.
