Nova High School Wellness Center By Seattle Roots Community Health
Community Resource
About this resource
The clinic provides essential health services that include treatment for minor illnesses and injuries, family planning, physical exams, and health education. Access is limited to students enrolled at the clinic's school.
Intake Process: To access most services, individuals must fill out a registration form. According to state and federal regulations, minors can consent to family planning, mental health, and substance abuse services independently, though parental consent and registration are highly recommended. For other services, both a parent consent form and registration are required.
Fees: There are no charges for some services, and WA Apple Health (Medicaid) is accepted for certain treatments. Some private insurance plans are also recognized.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is restricted to students at the clinic's school or its partner institutions, prioritizing uninsured and underinsured adolescents, while also providing confidential care for those with insurance.
