About this resource
This initiative manages resource centers that assist individuals experiencing homelessness in locating housing and additional resources. Clients are placed in housing programs according to their needs and the availability of options.
Intake Process: To enter the Coordinated Entry System, individuals can complete an intake at any Regional Access Point. Those experiencing homelessness in King County can schedule an appointment at any Regional Access Point, regardless of their current location. Intake assessments may also be conducted at shelters, day centers, or by outreach teams/providers.
Costs: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Residents of King County, including single adults, young adults, couples, families, and veterans who are experiencing homelessness, defined as living outdoors, in unsuitable conditions, in shelters, fleeing domestic violence, or exiting institutions after a stay in a shelter or unsuitable living conditions. Young adults at imminent risk of homelessness within 14 days also qualify.
