About this resource

This initiative manages resource centers that assist individuals facing homelessness in locating housing and other essential services. Clients are matched with housing programs according to their needs and the availability of resources.

Intake Procedure: Individuals can complete an intake into the Coordinated Entry System at any Regional Access Point. Those experiencing homelessness in King County may schedule an appointment at any Regional Access Point, regardless of their current location. Intake assessments are also available at shelters, day centers, and through outreach teams/providers.

Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.

Who can use this

  • Residents of King County, including single adults, young adults, couples, families, and veterans, who are experiencing homelessness, defined as living outdoors, in places not meant for habitation, in shelters, fleeing domestic violence, or exiting institutions where they were previously in shelter or unsuitable accommodations. Young adults at imminent risk of homelessness within 14 days are also eligible.
