About this resource
This program provides outpatient mental health and substance use treatment for adults enrolled in Medicaid, including assessments, therapy sessions, and case management.
Intake Procedure: You can either call to schedule an appointment or complete a referral form online.
Fees: The service accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
Who can use this
- To qualify, individuals must provide their full name and date of birth: Adults aged 18 and older, have active Medicaid coverage, a diagnosis of mental health and/or substance use disorder, and be residents of Washington state.
