About this resource
This initiative manages resource centers that aid individuals facing homelessness in securing housing and accessing various resources. Clients are matched with housing programs based on their specific needs and the availability of options.
Intake Process: Individuals can complete an intake into the Coordinated Entry System at any Regional Access Point. Those experiencing homelessness in King County can schedule an appointment at any Regional Access Point, regardless of their current location. Additionally, intake assessments may be conducted at shelters, day centers, or by outreach teams/providers.
Cost: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Residents of King County, including single adults, young adults, couples, families, and veterans, who are experiencing homelessness, defined as living outdoors, in unsuitable housing, in shelters, fleeing domestic violence, or exiting an institution after a stay of up to 90 days in inadequate housing. Young adults at imminent risk of homelessness within 14 days are also eligible.
