This initiative provides training to assist individuals with disabilities in living autonomously within their communities. Available services may encompass household management, attendant care coordination, the use of assistive technology, and support in securing and maintaining housing and employment.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling, visiting in person, or sending an email.
Fees: No charges apply.

- Available to individuals aged 14 to 100 who have a disability.
