About this resource
This service provides restricted transportation to medical appointments at the Veterans Administration Hospital, with a requirement to schedule at least one week in advance. Veterans are allowed to bring an escort or a service dog (with a doctor's note).
Intake Procedure: Contact to set up an appointment.
Fees: No charge. An optional lifetime membership is available for $325, while those aged 80 and above can access it for free.

- Veterans with disabilities; vans are not equipped for wheelchair access.
