Who can use this
- Payment Plans are accessible to all. Deferral is available for those eligible for property tax exemptions for seniors/disabled individuals. Discounts apply to multi-family structures with at least 51 percent of units occupied by residents earning at or below 80 percent of the area median income, and with a minimum 40-year affordability covenant. Single detached units must also meet similar income restrictions and ownership criteria. Owner-occupied units must be the principal residence of households earning at or below 80 percent of area median income, with restrictions on ownership transfer and pricing. Shelter housing, whether distinct units or alternative configurations, must be operated by government or nonprofit entities and will qualify for specific rates.
