Who can use this
- Individuals diagnosed with leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, or other blood-related cancers who are currently undergoing treatment, about to start treatment, or under medical supervision. Generally, applicants should have an income at or below 500% of the Federal Poverty Level and must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents of the U.S. or Puerto Rico.
