Provides half-day and year-round educational programs for low-income families with children aged 3-4 in West Seattle.

Who can use this
- Children aged 3-5 are eligible if their family is homeless, the child is in foster care, or the family receives SNAP, TANF, or SSI. Income must be at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level, with priority given to families in greatest need. Families should reside in or near specific Seattle neighborhoods and priority is also given to children with special needs.
