Conducts a NeighborCare clinic weekly aimed at youth and young adults who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Services include preventive care, management of chronic conditions, family planning, and treatment for STDs.
Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, call or come by during drop-in hours.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- Services are available for youth aged 13-25.
