About this resource
This service offers routine health check-ups for children from birth to 18 years old, along with care for complex health conditions. Areas of expertise include sickle cell disease, asthma, ADHD, obesity, gender affirming care, and support for children with feeding tubes, seizures, or developmental delays.
Intake Procedure: It is recommended to call ahead, as appointments are preferred. A parent or guardian must be present with the child at all appointments.
Fees: The service accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and other third-party payments. Assistance is available for completing financial aid or uncompensated care forms. If a client does not qualify, support for setting up payment plans through Patient Accounts is provided.
Who can use this
- Children residing in King County, aged from birth to 18; current patients can be seen until they turn 20.
