Intake Process: Contact the student's elementary school or the Family Support Worker Program.

- Eligibility includes all elementary students and families within the Seattle School District, particularly those facing challenges such as consistent school attendance, timely homework completion, avoiding suspension or expulsion due to behavior, and remaining at the same school for the entire academic year.
