Who can use this

Applicants must be active duty or have been honorably discharged from active duty orders (excluding basic training, AIT, drill, or annual training) within the last 36 months. Financial hardship must stem from deployment, military pay issues, military-related illness or injury, or natural disasters, and cannot be due to civil or legal problems, misconduct, spousal separation or divorce, financial mismanagement, or bankruptcy.
