Intake Procedure: To access most services, a registration form must be completed. According to state and federal regulations, minors are allowed to consent to family planning, mental health, and substance abuse services independently. While parental consent and registration are highly recommended for these services, other services require a parent consent form and registration.

Fees: There are no fees for certain services covered by WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and some private insurance plans are accepted.
