About this resource
This initiative connects families and individuals to emergency shelters, rental assistance, and programs aimed at preventing homelessness through a coordinated entry system. It supports low-income adults with disabilities who cannot work for a minimum of 90 days and have received approval from DSHS.
Intake Process: Applications can be submitted online, and further information can be obtained by phone. For Housing and Essential Needs, the initial application must be made at a DSHS Community Service Office.
