• To qualify, income must not exceed 150% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), and countable resources should be $14,100 or less for individuals, or $28,150 or less for married couples living together. Countable resources exclude primary residences, life insurance, burial plots, vehicles in use, and certain distributions from Alaska Native Corporations. Enrollment in a Medicare prescription drug plan (PDP), such as Medicare Part D or a Medicare Advantage Plan (Part C) with prescription coverage, is required.
