This facility provides skilled nursing, long-term care, and domiciliary services for veterans who have been honorably discharged. If there is availability, spouses and widows/widowers of veterans may also be accommodated. Additionally, Gold Star parents might be eligible.

Who can use this
- Individuals must have served honorably in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, including the National Guard, and be a resident of Washington State, or be the spouse, widow, or Gold Star parent of an eligible veteran.
