About this resource
The initiative connects young individuals aged 16 to 24 facing homelessness with supportive individuals or families who have an extra bedroom and are eager to make a positive impact. Host Home Providers benefit from the guidance of a Housing Specialist.
Intake Process: Young people wishing to join the program must obtain a referral from Coordinated Entry, available at the Reach Center. Those wanting to become Host Home Providers can fill out an application either online through the agency's website or in person at the office.
