Who can use this

  • The program is designed for high-risk abused women, with priority given to the most critical abuse cases. It does not accommodate individuals with severe psychiatric issues or ongoing substance abuse problems. Adults must present a photo ID, while children need identification such as birth certificates or social security cards to establish their relationship with the parent. Documentation of domestic violence may be requested on a case-by-case basis. While it primarily serves residents of Pierce, King, Thurston, and Kitsap counties, it is open to anyone in immediate danger.
