About this resource
This initiative offers outreach and resource information tailored for youth and young adults between the ages of 16 and 24. Intake forms are accessible, and it provides Coordinated Entry assessments for homeless individuals aged 13 to 24 who are not residing with a parent. Additionally, it runs Open Space, a drop-in center catering to youth and young adults aged 12 to 24.
