In Person Assisters (IPAs) are certified professionals who provide unbiased information to assist individuals in selecting the insurance plan that best suits their requirements.
Intake Procedure: To arrange an appointment, please call. Sessions usually last between 45 minutes to an hour.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
Who can use this
- Residents of Pierce County seeking health coverage who cannot enroll online or via the Health Care Authority call center, particularly those in Salishan, members of the Slavic Community, and speakers of Cambodian, Thai, or Vietnamese.
