In Person Assisters (IPAs) are trained and certified to deliver unbiased information that aids individuals in identifying the insurance option that best fits their requirements.
Intake Procedure: To arrange an appointment, please call ahead. Appointments generally last around 30 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome at exchange locations, but it is advisable to call beforehand.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.

- Residents of Pierce County who seek health coverage and cannot enroll online or via the Health Care Authority call center.
