About this resource
This initiative delivers community-based outreach, assessment, intake, and facilitates connections to various services, including long-term intensive case management and recovery support for individuals with substance use disorders. It caters to both adults and youth.
Intake Process: Engage with the local program. Most clients are referred by law enforcement, community organizations, and the court system, but all types of referrals are welcome.
Cost: There are no fees involved.

- Individuals, both youth and adults, struggling with substance use disorders or concurrent mental health issues.
