This initiative provides outreach, intake, assessment, and links to various services, along with long-term intensive case management and recovery support services when needed. It caters to both adults and youth facing substance use disorders.
Intake Process: Engage with the local program. While referrals often come from law enforcement, community organizations, and the judicial system, all types of referrals are welcome.
Costs: There are no fees associated with this service.
