About this resource
This program offers assistance with energy bill payments for families with low income.
Intake Procedure: Applications can be submitted in person on M, Tu, Th, and F from 9-11:30am and 1-3pm. Phone applications are accepted M-F from 9-11:30am.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- To qualify, household monthly income must not exceed: (1) $1,823; (2) $2,465; (3) $3,108; (4) $3,750. Applicants must reside in Snohomish County, confirm their address and legal status, and adults over 18 must provide an unemployment statement if applicable; verification of children and grandchildren through DSHS is required if they do not live with a legal guardian.
