DSHS conducts hearings across four key areas: public assistance, child support, facility licensing, and juvenile rehabilitation. Clients who disagree with a DSHS decision are entitled to an administrative hearing.

Intake Process: The DSHS notice will specify the deadline for hearing requests, indicate if the request needs to be submitted in writing, provide the submission address, and clarify if oral requests are permitted.
