Offers help to individuals in filing complaints regarding housing discrimination with HUD and the state's Human Rights Commission, providing support throughout the entire process. Additionally, it assists people with disabilities in making requests for reasonable accommodations from their housing providers.
Intake Process: You can either call or fill out the online intake form.
Cost: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- Individuals residing in Spokane, Lincoln, Grant, Adams, Whitman, Douglas, Yakima, Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, Columbia, Garfield, Asotin, Okanogan, Ferry, Stevens, and Pend Oreille counties who have faced discrimination from a housing provider or landlord.
