About this resource
This program offers advocacy and access to community services for youth aged 12 to 24, requiring direct communication with the youth by staff.
Intake Process: To begin, call 211 for an initial screening. Clients can also reach out via phone or email for follow-up. An online intake option is available, and in-person follow-ups must be arranged in advance.
Costs: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants are typically youth aged 12 to 24, who usually need to satisfy income criteria, although some exceptions apply. Youth must reside in King, Pierce, Yakima, or Spokane Counties unless they are in juvenile rehabilitation or unable to leave a juvenile detention center. Those up to 24 years old or within 6 years of release from a juvenile facility with sealing issues can seek additional help from TeamChild if they do not qualify for sealing assistance from the public defense department in their charging county.
