About this resource
This initiative provides a temporary housing intervention for low-income veterans and their families who are either homeless or at immediate risk of homelessness within the next 30 days. Eligible veterans and their families may receive support through case management, which can include move-in or rental assistance, eviction prevention, help with accessing benefits, employment and education services, legal aid for housing issues, and other costs that contribute to stable housing. Participation requires a willingness to collaborate with a caseworker, and the availability of assistance is subject to funding.
Intake Procedure: Contact for details or to check eligibility.
Fees: None
