MUST HAVE 48 HOUR SHUT-OFF NOTICE! This program assists families and individuals in preventing energy shut-offs to maintain their power supply.
Intake Process: A telephone interview is conducted where the receptionist collects necessary information and forwards it to the individual responsible for emergency support related to this assistance.
Costs: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- Applicants must present a 48-hour shut-off notice and demonstrate income to ensure ongoing payments.
