Intake Process: New clients will receive a welcome packet and consent form by mail, which they need to complete and return. This process may take a few days, so emergency transportation or services are not available immediately.

Who can use this
- Services are available for individuals aged 60 and above who are low-income, or for those aged 18-60 who are low-income and disabled.
