The program evaluates the requirements of individuals who are blind or have low vision to enhance their independence through skill development and device recommendations, specifically targeting those not pursuing employment in northwest Washington.

Who can use this
- To be eligible for the Independent Living Program, you must be at least 24 years old and experience vision loss or blindness that affects your capacity to live independently at home. This program is intended for individuals who are not currently employed, looking for work, enrolled in school, or planning to attend school.
