This program assists eligible individuals and families with overdue gas and electric utility bills and includes a payment-matching initiative to help reduce outstanding balances.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Fees: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- -Applicants must have received a notice indicating their utility payment is at least 15 days overdue or a 48-hour notice. -To qualify for the payment-matching initiative, a minimum contribution of $50 towards the overdue utility bill is required.
