This service provides support to individuals who do not have an attorney in understanding the process of filing, pursuing, or responding to civil (non-criminal) cases.
Intake Procedure: Reach out via phone or visit the website for help.
Travel/Location: The service does not include the following: advising on whether to file a case, predicting the strength or outcome of a case, representing parties in a case, providing legal advice, analysis, or strategy, or assisting with criminal, administrative, or federal legal issues.
Who can use this
- Individuals involved in civil (non-criminal) cases in Grand, Moffat, and Routt counties.
