Applications can be submitted from August 1 to October 15, 2026, for rebates on franchise taxes and sewer fees incurred in 2025. Application forms are not available online; residents should contact their desired center to schedule an appointment. Services are provided in English.

To apply, individuals must present copies of all their 2025 NV Energy, Southwest Gas, and CenturyLink/Cox Communications bills, along with photo ID, proof of income, evidence of bill payment, and other necessary documents. The identification and utility bills must correspond to the same physical address.

Who can use this

Eligible seniors aged 60 and above can receive a rebate for the franchise tax paid on local utilities in 2025, provided their income is below 150% of the federal poverty level, which is $23,475 for individuals and $31,725 for two-person households.
