This initiative provides child care subsidies to families residing in 15 tribal communities throughout Nevada. It operates as a Certificate Program, enabling families to select the child care provider that best suits their needs. The CCDF reimburses providers for a portion of the family's child care expenses, with reimbursements determined by the family's average monthly net income and household size. Who can use this
- Eligible participants are children of Native American heritage aged 12 and under, with parents who are either employed, enrolled in educational or job training programs, or actively searching for work.
