About this resource
The program delivers case management and supportive services aimed at individuals looking to purchase a home, achieve housing independence, or those who are at risk of or currently facing homelessness. Additional offerings include identifying and helping to mitigate barriers to housing stability, enhancing access to community resources and support, and engaging in collaborative goal-setting to promote long-term housing stability for individuals and families. Available in English.
