Residents have numerous opportunities to engage in activities suited to their individual interests. The community features a range of Independent Living options, including cottages and apartments, such as the Hillview Cottages. Additionally, the Bergquist Memorial Assisted Living Residences provide 32 assisted-living homes with an all-inclusive pricing structure.

Fees: There are monthly fee options available for both independent living cottages and apartments, as well as for the Bergquist Memorial assisted living apartments.
