This service provides market rate housing for seniors on the Lutheran campus, featuring rental apartments at several locations: Carlson Tower at 165 Aldren Avenue, Brostom Hall at 175 Aldren Avenue, Duplex Apartments at 178-216 Aldren Avenue, and Lindgren Apartments at 120-152 Aldren Avenue in Jamestown, NY.

The rental fees are set at market rates.
