The process involves the caregiver contacting 211, followed by intake and assessment, service planning and education, resource connection, follow-up, re-engagement, and ultimately, caregiver success. Services are available 24/7, with translation offered in over 180 languages. Intake is initiated by calling 211, and there are no fees for these services.
