About this resource
The OMH Licensed Service Enriched Single Residence Occupancy (SRO) offers efficiency apartments within a nurturing community. Residents benefit from case management services, engaging activities, and three meals daily. This program features a lower staff-to-resident ratio compared to Community Residences or Treatment Apartment Programs.
Intake Process: Interested individuals should call to inquire about admission requirements. Applications are to be submitted via the Erie County Department of Mental Health SPOA System: https://familyfirst.secure.force.com/spoa/
Fees: Most applicants typically seek SSI, Medicaid, or Public Assistance, with only a few opting for private payment.
Who can use this
- Adults aged 18 and over with a mental health diagnosis who require supervision. Service Area: Erie, Genesee, Orleans, & Wyoming Counties.
