About this resource
This initiative provides support to families and their children, enabling them to make informed choices regarding their healthcare and enhancing overall health, well-being, and quality of life. It is accessible to children and youth under 21 who are enrolled in Medicaid and require assistance with mental health or substance use issues. Therapeutic and Rehabilitation Services are tailored based on a comprehensive assessment and can be delivered at home or within the community. These services are facilitated by a Credentialed Family Peer Advocate or a Certified Recovery Peer Advocate with shared experiences.
