About this resource
This initiative provides support within the home and community for children, adolescents, and adults whose emotional disabilities hinder their ability to operate effectively in educational, social, vocational, and interpersonal settings. The assistance includes case management aimed at assessing needs, facilitating access, and overseeing services related to mental health, medical care, social skills, education, and financial benefits. Additional services such as transportation, respite care, family support, and more may also be available.
