The initiative aids non-parent caregivers in Onondaga and Oswego counties to create a safe and nurturing setting for children through a range of services, including referrals and intensive case management tailored to individual needs. Additionally, it provides parenting classes and support groups.

- Residents of Onondaga or Oswego County who are full-time caregivers for children not biologically related to them.
