About this resource
Delivers a range of outreach services to at-risk individuals in designated Nassau and Suffolk County areas of Long Island, featuring FREE rapid HIV/HCV testing and counseling, expedited access to substance abuse treatment, Comprehensive Risk Counseling Services (CRCS), condom distribution, and referrals to primary healthcare, mental health, case management, and other supportive services. The initiative also includes immediate education on minimizing the risk of HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, and other STDs, as well as addressing the connection between substance abuse and HIV. Additionally, it assists with enrollment in the HIV Uninsured Care Programs and the Health Insurance Marketplace.
