This initiative offers reasonably priced independent living apartments for seniors and individuals with disabilities, adjusting costs based on income. It accepts rental assistance programs such as Section 8 when applicable. Many of the senior units are designed to be wheelchair accessible, catering to the needs of the elderly and those with disabilities, and are conveniently located near bus routes and essential amenities.
